We only offer exchanges on defected items. All defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
If your item is found to have a quality defect, your order will be cancelled and a notification will be sent to you.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing chosen at checkout. While we strive to match colors as closely as possible, slight variations may occur due to lighting or dye differences.
Zaynab Jappa reserves the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock or fails our quality control process.
